Fitness Professionals is located in the Warners End shopping parade in Hemel Hempstead, with free parking and easy access we have people visiting us from Berkhamsted, Tring, Kings Langley and as far out as St Albans and Watford.
We make our facilities as welcoming and comfortable as possible, with no memberships, no contracts or joining fees, a simple pay as you go system is in place after the completion of our health questionnaire, giving you a flexible approach and complete freedom.
We operate as a private closed gym with on-line booked appointment times only, meaning no more waiting for equipment in busy times, no intimidation from other users and a friendly atmosphere.
We are unlike other gyms, health clubs and exercise classes, as we only run fully instructed fitness training sessions for small groups of 3 to 10 persons at a time, giving you complete care, guidance, safety and results.
We will help you build a fitness and health package tailored to your individual needs, interests and budget.
We provide group classes of power plate, cardio kickboxing, trx suspension training, boxercise, circuit training, women’s kickbox fitness boot camp, 1-2-1 fitness or personal training sessions to reach and exceed your fitness and health goals.
Our team of personal trainers, class instructors and martial arts instructors will keep you highly motivated and maximise your enjoyment with varied and exciting exercise programmes.
We believe in strengthening primal movement patterns so do not use the fixed weight machines normally found in most gyms. We believe that lifting, squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, bending and twisting on an unfixed platform using your own body weight, cable motion pulley systems and free weights have the best fitness carry over for daily activities and the demands of sports.
With No Memberships, No Contracts and No Joining fees, you can visit as little or as often as you like.
