At Fitness Professionals, we make our facilities as welcoming and comfortable as possible. With no contracts, direct debits or annual renewal subscriptions, a simple pay as you go system is in place after your membership activation to allow you to come and go as you please without wasting you precious money when you are not using the facilities.
Start Up Process
All new members receive personal instruction on an individual basis to familiarise you with the equipment and help you understand some basic principles of exercise. After your full health check, personal fitness assessment and discussed health and fitness goals, your tailor made program will be designed to kick-start you on the road to success. Over the crucial first week, through three 30 minute supervised support sessions, you will be taken through your program and shown how the equipment works and the correct exercise technique. Your program will be built up gradually to ensure you are confident every step of the way and that we have explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions you may have.
