With no memberships, no contracts or joining fees, a simple pay as you go system is in place after the completion of our health questionnaire to allow you to come and go as you please without wasting your money when you are not using the facilities.

Power Plate 30 Minute Classes (Instructed lead classes, taught in groups of three)
£5 per class off peak (11.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday)
£7 per class (7.30am-11.00am Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 12.00pm Saturdays)
£10 per class peak (4.00pm - 8.00pm Monday to Friday)
Power Plate 30 Minute Self Usage Sessions (Unsupervised, client follows our programmes)
£5 per class off peak (11.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday)
£7 per class (7.30am-11.00am Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 12.00pm Saturdays)
£10 per class peak (4.00pm - 8.00pm Monday to Friday)
Personal Training 60 Minute Sessions (Can be divided into two 30 minute sessions)
£50 per hour (Any time)
£400 block booking of ten 60 minute sessions (Any time)
Spin bikes and cross trainers can be used free of charge to all customers completing two or more of our services above.
