1-2-1 TRAINING uses pre designed generic training programs targeting various body parts and energy systems. These packages guarantee an overall workout that maximises enjoyment, calorie burn, complete muscle development and new ways to change your fitness.

• Uses dumbbells, cables, stability balls, bosu, trx suspension aids or boxing/kickboxing
• Timed circuits, supersets, matrix, pha, core fit or bike fit 1-2-1 training packages
• Challenges you with fresh ideas and new ways to train in 30 minutes
• Session supervision, added support and encouragement whilst you work out

1-2-1 TRAINING is different to our personal training services as there are no weekly weigh-ins or body measurements taken by the trainer, no food diary or eating plans specifically designed and the programs are not suitable for people with injuries.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we require 24 hours notice from your booked appointment time to cancel or change your appointment otherwise the single session fee is payable and will be deducted from paid sessions booked in advance.
Payment is not refundable if the booked sessions are cancelled at any time. All sessions must be used within 3 months or they will become void.
