PERSONAL TRAINING is for people who need or require that extra special care and undivided attention and have a target or goal to reach in a specific time. Our Personal Training is a professional and accredited organisation devoted to helping you reach, achieve and exceed your health and fitness goals. Personal Training uses a combination of Power Plate, Free Weights, Boxing/ Kickboxing Pad Work, Spinning, Cross Trainers, Circuits and Core Activation devices to help you Train with added motivation, Look great and Feel amazing!

If you have made up your mind to get fit and stay healthy, having some one-to-one tuition from our fitness and health experts could get you closer to your goals faster, easier and safer than you’d imagine. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a beginner or a trained athlete – or even how old you are – everyone can improve on what they have with some professional guidance.

Block bookings... As it will take several weeks for your body to adapt to the new training regime, you may find it more convenient, and cheaper to book and pay for in advance a block of training sessions.

Training in pairs... Where two people are starting from similar fitness levels and hoping to achieve similar goals, it can be possible to train both people together. Please ask for details.

Personal Training 60 Minute Sessions
£50 per hour (Any time)
£400 block booking of ten 60 minute sessions (Any time)
Personal Training can be divided into two 30 minute sessions for less fit individuals or persons short on time.

Vibration Training can be painful and worsen the following conditions if used incorrectly or an incorrect posture is assumed.
• Epilepsy
• Serious diabetes
• Thrombotic disorders
• Slipped disc
• Discopathy
• Spondylosis
• Joint replacement
• Presence of kidney and gall stones
• Continuing use of drugs, especially pain relievers and corticosteroids
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Recently inserted pins, bolts and screws
• Fresh inflammations

We recommend that people with any of these conditions work with our Personal Trainers, who are Vibration Specialists and will maximise your safety and results.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require 24 hours notice of all cancellations otherwise the single session fee is payable or, if you have purchased a block of personal training, then one of your sessions will be deducted.
