Classes - Regular Power Plate Classes

REGULAR POWER PLATE CLASSES are 30 minutes and are fully instructed by our highly qualified and experienced Power Plate instructors. These classes offer all the benefits of working out on a Power Plate with a high level of individual attention due to the small class size of only 3 people at a time.

This class offers all the benefits of regular exercise, a toned body, better flexibility, improved circulation which helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite, increased stamina and improved fitness and well-being.

Our team uses a mixture of Movement Preparation, Stability and Coordination, Strength and Power, Core and Pillar, Cardio and Massage Movements.

All of our classes are based on circuit training that uses different exercises and equipment that targets specific muscle groups and body parts every session to maximise enjoyment, enhance motivation and increase results.

Great for people without injuries and who haven’t got the time to work out for hours, pre-plan their own workout routines or need lots of variety to keep them motivated.

POWER PLATE CLASSES are for anyone who finds it hard to motivate themselves, fit structured exercises into their daily schedules or enjoy working out in small groups with expert instruction.

THE SESSIONS

• Classes are performed in mixed groups of three people on the Power Plates

• Use beginner, intermediate and advanced programmes

• Fun and challenging work outs in 30 minutes

• Based on different exercises to target specific muscle groups and body parts every session

• Combination mixture of Movement Preparation, Stability and Coordination, Strength and Power, Stretch and Tone, Core and Pillar, Cardio and Massage movements

• Incorporated use of stability balls, bosu’s, medicine balls and free weights with Power Plates

• The option of harder exercises for those who wish to progress more quickly

• A genuine concern for your health, welfare and fitness results

• Taught by experienced, highly motivated and friendly Power Plate instructors/ personal trainers.

PRICES

• £80 X 12 classes off peak pass (11.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday or £7.50 pay as you go)

• £95 X 12 classes peak pass (Anytime Monday to Sunday or £10.00 pay as you go)

Passes can be used for other types of classes, no restrictions to only Power Plate

We recommend that people with any of the following conditions are not suitable for Power Plate classes and should work with our Personal Trainers, who will maximise your safety and results.

• Epilepsy
• Serious diabetes
• Thrombotic disorders
• Slipped disc
• Discopathy
• Spondylosis
• Joint replacement
• Presence of kidney and gall stones
• Continuing use of drugs, especially pain relievers and corticosteroids
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Recently inserted pins, bolts and screws
• Fresh inflammations

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that we require 24 hours notice from your booked appointment time to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the single class session fee is payable and will be deducted from your pre paid classes pass. You can do this online with your login details.

Payment is not refundable if the booked sessions are cancelled at any time.

All passes must be used within 3 months or they will become void.

Classes must start promptly on the booked time, anyone late will not be allowed to attend and the session fee will be deducted.
