Vibrogym - Prices

Start Up Process £80 (Only payable once)
All new members receive personal instruction on an individual basis to familiarise you with the equipment and help you understand some basic principles of exercise. After your full health check, personal fitness assessment and discussed health and fitness goals, your tailor made program will be designed to kick-start you on the road to success. Over the crucial first week, through three 30 minute supervised support sessions, you will be taken through your program and shown how the equipment works and the correct exercise technique. Your program will be built up gradually to ensure you are confident every step of the way and that we have explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions you may have.

Vibrogym 30-minute Self Service sessions £8-00 each (Available after start up)
Self-service is ideal for people who do not have a particular date to reach their goals, recovering from an injury, have health problems or need that extra one to one care and attention, and have some good basic level past exercise experience. Our dedicated Vibrogym instructors will motivate you with a progressive and safe programme to strengthen tone and relax your entire body.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require 24 hours notice of all cancellations otherwise the single session fee is payable or, if you have purchased a block, then one of your sessions will be deducted.
